I recently came across this site:
you can pay Zakat, Vaghfeyat, Sadagha and more donations online… You can also choose the country that you would like to send your donation to.
The site in based in Kuwait. KNET is the only option that they accept for online payment. Visit their web site for more information… I think that they will have banking transfer option soon.
